Hi,

I am trying to run FunciSNP on regions with ~15 SNPs (in the 1000 Genomes and with rsID), and I am getting the following error:

Delay Connecting to ncbi, waiting 29 seconds to try SNP rs7880184 again Error in UseMethod("close") : no applicable method for 'close' applied to an object of class "try-error"

Could someone explain what this means and how I could solve it?
