I would like to import the hu6800cdf.rda file that comes as part of the hu6800cdf library (from www.bioconductor.org/data/cdfenvs/cdfenvs.html) The reason I want to do this is so that I can merge a CEL file with the CDF file myself for some analysis. I believe the .rda extension indicates this is an ORACLE file. I don't have ORACLE so I would like to import the data directly into R. Any suggestions? Thanks, Ann
