I hope you are going well. I need your help. I am studying some articles and I want to ask questions about TMM (Timmer Mean of M-values). I know how to calculate that in R, but I don't understand how it works mathematically. For example, I suppose I have the matrix cbind(1,c(1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,100)) and I want to calculate manually the TMM.
