I want to use the package ‘TMixClust’ for analysing time series expression patterns. Do you have any recommendations on how to import data from DESeq2 into TMixClust? I could not find any recommendation for the type of input data (counts vs. normalised counts) and am struggling to understand how to indicate replication. Should the replicates be averaged or separate columns with the same (?) name?
