Do note that affyQAReport is a completely different function from say, justRMA. So saying (IN ALL CAPS NO LESS) that you have tried justRMA has, like, nothing to do with an error you get with affyQAReport. That's like saying you filled your car up with gas, so WHY IS MY HOUSE SO COLD RIGHT NOW.

Anyway, the original advice I gave you, that apparently didn't stick so I'll give it again, was that you either need to get more RAM, or use a memory efficient method (justRMA, but so far as I know that isn't available to affyQAReport because it uses an AffyBatch for the QC), or use an AMI.

This advice hasn't changed! You apparently have a computer with vanishingly small amounts of RAM, and wishing it were better doesn't make it so. You can either get more RAM, or find a better computer with more RAM, or rent one (the AMI option).
