BioC, I am using the annaffy package and have used it many times before as well as the mouse4302 metadata package. However, when I call the aafTableAnn() method and pass in my chip name ("mouse4302"), I get an error message saying "You are missing mouse4302...". Anybody got an idea what's going on here? Thanks, Daniel Bornman Researcher Battelle Memorial Institute 505 King Ave Columbus, OH 43201 614.424.3229

Those are the obvious and most likely issues, however... I have not yet upgraded to 2.3.0 I have the mouse4302 package and 'library(mouse4302)' is part of my code. -----Original Message----- From: Jenny Drnevich [mailto:drnevich@uiuc.edu] Sent: Thursday, May 11, 2006 3:22 PM To: Bornman, Daniel M Subject: Re: [BioC] Annaffy problem loading metadata Hi Daniel, Did you recently upgrade to R 2.3.0? If so, the mouse4302 metadata package is in the old R library, not in the new one. You'll need to download the mouse4302 package again from the BioC 1.8 repository, which is compatible with R 2.3.0 and has been updated more recently than the old one. If you haven't changed R versions, maybe you just need to library(mouse4302) first?
