Hallo to everybody, I'm using RUVr function on bulk RNAseq data for differential expression analysis with very good results.
I'd like to incorporate RUVr normalization in a machine learning pipeline and I'm wondering if it's possible to apply RUVr on the training set and then use the factors of unwanted variation to normalize an independent test set in a sort of a "frozen" procedure.
