Iwant to use spotsegmentation package and I've run the demo using the *dataset* provided with the package with no problems. But i don't understand how i can do, for my own image. I have 2 images tiff(48 block of 17 columns , 17 rows), with a .gal (list file to describe the layout of each block, and the name of each featur). I don't know how i can do to create a dadaset for my CGH file. Can you help me please ? thanks Abenajou
