Hi, I have a quick question about the implementation of MAS5 in the affy package: have you implemented the MAS5 absent/present decision calls, as well as the signal estimation? In our running of affy's expresso function, the output file contains only the numerical signal values. Might you have written a separate function for the A/P calls as well?
