Hi, I mentioned a pack of extensions for 'affy', and said it would be made available tomorrow... about 2 weeks ago... I skimmed the extensions to only keep what could help with the memory consumption. The file attached is delivered 'as is'. This is the source for an extension package, it won't work with Windows unless you have the required softwares to compile R packages. If you use Windows, read again the previous sentence. This is a temporary and unofficial hack. It was of help for me so I share it. Nothing more.
