Hi all, I'm constructing a bunch of GFF files to load into a genome browser to display CHiP-on-chip data, and for this I need the length (in bases) of specific mouse chromosomes. I was hoping biomaRt might be able to do this, and I see an attempt was made here ( http://tinyurl.com/y7rbzo) which I can't get to work (for human or mouse). Any tips would be greatly appreciated. You will have to give us more of a hint than that. Simply stating that you can't get something to work is so general that it has no meaning. You need to give us an example of what you did, as well as the output you got from R. In addition, you need to give the output from sessionInfo().
