Dear All, I think the call to wilcox.test(..., exact = T) should use TRUE instead of T. This happens in combine.func (in file mergeLevels.R) in package aCGH. The latest available version of aCGH (1.8.0) does pass all tests with R-2.4.1, but a package I am building that uses mergeLevels fails with error: "T used instead of TRUE". (This is solved when I change T by TRUE).
