I am looking for a public/available dataset regarding to a Mutiple Series Time Course Microarray design, for which also Real Time -PCR data for a number of genes has been measured. Ana, Try PMID: 15569359. This is a time course study of ageing in the Ames Dwarf mouse. PCR was done to confirm a number of probe set expression patterns. The arrays are available through ArrayExpress.
