Hi all: I am trying to find people who is willing to collaborate with us in developing the array CGH software. The program prototype is ready. It currently supports Agilent, Affymetrix, and NimbleGen platforms. We would be very interested in receiving any feedback as to how to improve the program. If someone is interested I can provide more detailed info along with the directions how to download the program from our ftp. Second, we are currently working on implementing the Illumina platform but suffer from not having enough sample data. We would greatly appreciate if someone can share with us raw image TIFFs (Hap300 or/and Hap550) along with the TXT files with bead coordinates.
