Hi I am having trouble with gpTools() function of marrayTools package. I am using marrayTools 1.2.2 and marrayClasses 1.2.1, on Windows XP, R version 1.7.1. Following the instructions, I change directory to one that has 4 .gpr files in it (plus some other files, but they are .RData and .RHistory files, so shouldn't matter. I then load library(marrayTools) Then execute: >data <- gpTools() I get the error: Error in gsub(pattern, replacement, x, ignore.case, extended) : invalid argument Can anyone help? It's a shame I couldn't get it to work as it's such a great little function! Thanks Mick

Hi Michael, Could you let me know if data <- gpTools(plot=FALSE, quality=FALSE) works? Thank you.
