Hi, I'm a user of the PROcess package for the analyses of MS spectra I'd like to ask questions about "Is.Peak" function. 1) Can you explain to me how to obtain the results from this function (for example smooth, area...) 2) when I have two peaks that are very near to each other, how do I establish if the signals are from two different or equal peptides.
