Hi, We are trying to analyze Mouse Ref8 v1.1 arrays and find that the annotation files in the version we are using of the Lumi package (1.2.0) refer to v1.0a. Does anyone know if there is a difference between the two? Lauro [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hi Lauro, You need to update your lumi package. The latest released version is 1.5.0. (The latest developing version is 1.7.4.) Lots of updates have been added since version 1.2.0. Now, all the annotation information of mouse chips are included in the lumiMouseAll.db package, which can also be downloaded from Bioconductor. Please read the package documents for more details of the annotation packages. Tell me if you have further questions. Thanks for using lumi package.
