Dear Bioconductor, I have downloaded affy package from your website, I couldn't find the manual in this package. I will appreciate if you can tell me where is the user guide. Thanks in advance. Jenny

Look in affy/doc/ where your R libraries are stored. Specifically affy.pdf and loadData.pdf. In the not too distant future, these documentation files will be accessible directly on the webpage. -J
