Hallo, I am running bg.adjust.gcrma on R.2.7 version and there seems to be a bug specific to that version, as it works fine on 2.6. Here are the parameters I use: data.gcrma <- bg.adjust.gcrma(data, affinity.source="local", type="fullmodel", fast=FALSE) And this is my error message: Error in pms[, i] <- GSB.adj(Yin = pms[, i], subset = index.affinities, : number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length Calls: make.expr.summaries.alchemy -> bg.adjust.gcrma -> gcrma.engine2 In addition: Warning message: In Yin[subset] = y0.adj : number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length Does anyone have any idea about this?
