Hi all http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.science.biology.informatics.conductor/15 72 0/focus=15744 In the above thread, people were discussing about RegGrn values around 1 indicates a good quality sample. Dear Yogi: I have seen RegGrn value 0 for a couple of our arrays. However, when I had a close look at the images I found they were well registered. If you are suspicious of your array quality, you could use boxplot etc. to check if your arrays are in the similar intensity range at the first place.
