Hi, This question was asked before, but I did not see the answer. I am using showSigOfNodes() function of topGO, but needs to change the font size. Doe anybody know how to provide a parameter for font size? Thanks Uma [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

I found a very simple solution to this, simply add

par(cex = 0.1)

before the showSigOfNodes() function.

The change in size is inverse of the number

I got so far with this. You basically need to write your own version of the Goplot function. This has a line in it: graphAttrs$node$fontsize <- "14" However, I have written my own version and changed 14 to 40 and it seems to have very little effect... -----Original Message----- From: bioconductor-bounces@stat.math.ethz.ch [mailto:bioconductor-bounces at stat.math.ethz.ch] On Behalf Of Shankavaram, Uma (NIH/NCI) [E] Sent: 06 October 2008 14:11 To: bioconductor at stat.math.ethz.ch Subject: Re: [BioC] topGO and font size in the graph plots Hi, This question was asked before, but I did not see the answer.
