To be better compatible with the naming convention of Bioconductor annotation packages, we renamed the Illumina ID mapping packages by removing the ".db" suffix. For example, package "lumiHumanIDMapping.db" has been renamed as "lumiHumanIDMapping". If you want to use this renamed packages, please also update your lumi package. Other things keep the same.
