Hi all, I know that Bioconductor has a roc package, but I am looking for a good implementation of roc50 (or rocn) in Bioconductor, R, or some other language, and would greatly appreciate any tips or hints. Thanks, -Peter

Peter I'm afraid I don't know what roc50 is, but you might want to look at the CRAN package ROCR http://rocr.bioinf.mpi-sb.mpg.de/ Cheers Richard Peter Robinson wrote: > Hi all, > > I know that Bioconductor has a roc package, but I am looking for a good > implementation of roc50 (or rocn) in Bioconductor, R, or some other > language, and would greatly appreciate any tips or hints.
