Hi, I have a question about fbat function. I know I can use checkMendelian function to check Mendelian errors. When I find some errors, do I need to change them? Does fbat automatically exclude or ignor the data with Mendelian errors? Thank you very much for any advice. Donglei Hu Deparment of Medicine University of California San Francisco

Donglei, fbat will automatically ignore families with non-compatible genotypes. So when you find some errors, you still could run fbat. Have a nice day!
