Hi list, I have data intensities for cy3 dye as a seperate file. I would like to know if calls are Present or Absent in just the control. Is it possible to do this? Can I just go, Foreground -Background and defined a cut- off for P or A Thanks Yogi [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
