Hi, In Bioconductor, what data does "hist" or "boxplot" use by default? Is it PM data? How can I make similar plots with MM data? Thanks. Donglei Hu

By default, boxplot uses both PM and MM data, and hist uses PM data. You can change what you want to plot using with (e.g., if you want MM data, call boxplot(abatch, with="MM")) HTH, Jim James W.
