Dear all I'm a newbie user of exonmap. I've properly installed it on my Ubuntu machine. When I try to start with my first analysis after my first command (raw.data<-read.exon(covdesc='covdesc.pl')) I retrieve always the same error: cannot allocate vector of size 341.1 Mb. Please can anyone help my? I think that the problem is related to the fact that I work on a 32 bit machine....
