Hello, I am looking for the cdf files for the HT Rat 230 PM Array. I see there is one available in the development site with BioC 2.4 (for R 2.9, also under development). I am looking for a version (for windows) that I can use on released versions of R and Bioconductor. If this is not available, can one create an expression set from an rma-normalized text file generated from Affymetrix Expression Console? Thank you. Hi Nandini, All of the development annotation packages will be built out for all platforms within a week. Hi Nandini. You can find the CDF *file* from the Affymetrix web page. Somehow get your self to the following: Home > Products & Services > Arrays > HT RG-230 PM Array Plate and click on the "Tools & Data" tab. Under "Library Files", you'll see: HT RG-230 PM Array Plate (zip, 10 MB) ... and there is a CDF file in that package. The BioC 2.4 release is quite soon, where you'll have the CDF *environment*. As far as text file --> ExpressionSet goes, have a look at: ?readExpressionSet (Biobase package) Cheers, Mark > > > Hello, > > I am looking for the cdf files for the HT Rat 230 PM Array.
