Hi KEGGgraph users, I have just received an Email from KEGG staff and thanks to their work some KGML files which did not work days before seems to be valid now, which means that edge info can be parsed from them by KEGGgraph package. I will test whether all the files are working again, you are also welcomed to report cases where node/edge information is missing after parsing.
