GEO or ArrayExpress are some places to start. This is probably in the
order of
10's of thousands of arrays, so I don't think there is a
"comprehensive" list
and if there was one, I don't know what you would do with it.

Have you looked into the NCBI GEO and EBI ArrayExpress databases?
There
are interface packages for both databases in Bioconductor.

specific
in GEO, you might try the GEOmetadb package....
