Hi Thomas, There could be someday, but which of the strains would be most appropriate to make a DB for? For example, there are 4 different strains of this critter represented at KEGG alone. And would you be willing to help direct us to the appropriate resources as needed by this community? Dear Tom This may not be a direct answer to your question, but if you want to analyze data from the Affymetrix "Pae_G1a" array, then you could use package "xps" available from BioC. Simply download the library and annotation files for "Pae_G1a" from the Affymetrix web-site, and create a scheme as follows: scheme.paeg1a <- import.expr.scheme("Scheme_PaeG1a_na28",filedir=scmdir, paste(libdir,"Pae_G1a.CDF",sep="/"), paste(libdir,"Pae_G1a.probe.tab",sep="/"), paste(anndir,"Version09Mar/Pae_G1a.na28.annot.csv",sep="/")) Then you should be able to analyze your data, as described in the vignette.
