Hello group, I have installed a package called outlierD into bioconductor, if anyone is familiar with this package can they please help me to implement it for microarray data analysis concerning UHN probes.... I have tried my best yet cannot get a successful result.Also I am having troubles in downloading the gTools package , is it a common problem or does it have a specific version of R to be used with ???
