Degrees of freedom in randomized block test

Hello, I have a simple statistical question which I can't find the obvious answer: How can I calculate degrees of freedom in randomized block f-test? I found something like: df1 = p - 1 df2 = n - b - p +1 where p-number of treatments, b - number of blocks, n - number of samples but I have feelings it's not correct. Thank's in advance
