Just letting everyone know that rtracklayer is currently unable to
interact
with the UCSC browser. It seems that something has changed with the
UCSC
server, which is now refusing to process R HTTP requests for the main
"hgTracks" page.
I'm trying to get to the bottom of this. Thanks for your patience.

Should be fixed as of rtracklayer 1.5.6 (and 1.4.1 in release).
Actually, it
was due to a bug, where the page would crash if User-Agent wasn't
supplied
in the header. This is soon to be fixed upstream, but I went ahead and
changed rtracklayer to pass its name as the User Agent. So everything
should
work now.
