Hi, I would like to load scanarray outputs in bioconductor, but as I saw, marrayInput class only accept Genepix format. Does it has a way to do that? Do I need a scanarray -> genepix converter?? Thanks, Mathieu

Hi Mathieu, You can always use read.marrayRaw and specifying the columns for Red/Green foreground and background. If you will send me a typical scanarray output. I will try to put a new function.
