Dear all, We are pleased to announce the European BioConductor Developers Meeting Midland Hotel, Manchester, UK 7th-8th January 2010 The meeting is aimed at active package developers and those who are interested in improving their BioC/R coding skills and contributing to the overall BioConductor project. More details will follow shortly, but the meeting will feature a series of extended tutorials and workshops aimed at topics including genome-wide data management and handling next generation sequencing data, along with shorter Oflashlight¹ presentations to introduce new packages and concepts.
