I cannot figure out how to install a development version of Bioconductor ( biocLite() ) The current version is 2.4 and I need to try something out in version 2.5 I must be easy. Just get R-beta (R-2.10.0 to be) http://cran.r-project.org/src/base-prerelease/ and then use biocLite() to install whatever package you want.
