Hi All, I am going to do some analysis on the 660W chip as well as the 220K Illumina, so I was wondering if anyone has done some analysis using the Bioconductor packages, any insights or suggestions will help. I am trying to do the CNV as well as SNP, LOH analysis are there any packages? -- Narimene Lekmine UCSD [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
