To the concerned, I'm a student doing my masters degree at MU,Manipal. I have to analyze data derived from MeDIP microarray experiment. This is how my data looks after applying the MEDME package. GeneSymbol    Sample1       Sample2     Sample3     Sample4 P53                    1.1012            1.018        -0.06311 -0.7823 DNMT               1.1580            0.132        -0.4743        -0.3456 SSH                   0.0361            1.678        -0.2404 1.6752 NLG1                 0.0369            0.782         0.3692 0.5431 UNC                   1.1379            2.652         1.3291 9.4561 I want to further perform ROC analysis to the above mentioned data.Could you kindly tell me how to proceed with it so as to obtain appropriate result? Thanking you in anticipation, Susan, Masters in Molecular Biology,Human Genetics, Manipal University, Manipal. The INTERNET now has a personality. YOURS! See your Yahoo! Homepage. Hi, Susan. I believe that perhaps a colleague of yours asked this question already today on the list. But, to answer you, also, have a look at the ROC package. If you have further questions, please clarify your question after read the posting guide here: http://www.bioconductor.org/docs/postingGuide.html and be sure to include the relevant information in future posts. Also, for what it's worth, there is a ROCR package which I used in the past and remember liking it: http://rocr.bioinf.mpi-sb.mpg.de/ -steve -- Steve Lianoglou Graduate Student: Computational Systems Biology | Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center | Weill Medical College of Cornell University Contact Info: http://cbio.mskcc.org/~lianos/contact
