Hello, I have built a "TilingFeatureSet" data set with the pdInfoBuilder. I would like to apply RMA however I get the error: Error in function (classes, fdef, mtable) : unable to find an inherited method for function "probeNames", for signature "TilingFeatureSet" is there a way I can get around this? is it possible to hack the probeNames, as the names are the same as given by pmChr(). Is it possible that this simply will not work with TilingFeatureSet? nimblegen provides this data as RMA processed, but I did not know how to go from their preprocessed data to the input for the analysis, so I used the .xys files. am I doing this wrong?
