Hi When reading data into an marrayRaw object, what is the correct slot to put details about spot flags into? How is this achieved using read.marrayRaw? Thanks Mick

Hi Michael, You can put the flagged info in the slot "maW". YOu specify the argument name.W e.g. read.GenePix(fnames="test.gpr", name.W="Flags") where Flags is the column name in the gpr file.
