Hi, I've got two questions for using Simpleaffy to QC arrays:1. Where can I get a list of the types of chips the Simpleaffy has been tested? I tried to website it recommended, however, I can not find such kind of information. Has U133A and U133plus2 been tested? 2. About scale factor: From the website: http://www.bcm.edu/mcfweb/?PMID=3073It says: The Scaling Factor - In general, the scaling factor should be around three, but as long as it is not greater than five, the chip should be okay.Does this apply to the case where the target value is 100?
