Hi All, This is a beginners' question. How can I calculate the bootstrapped p- values? I have a matrix 'd' with all the RMA normalized microarrays (16 columns and 22,283 rows) and the 16-element vector 'dclass' with zeros and ones classifying the 16 microarrays into one of the treatment groups. Thank you for your help.
