Hello, Can anyone tell me if there is an R function available for producing Venn diagrams? I came across a description of the limma package that indicated that it contained a Venn diagram function - but it appears to be missing from the 1.3 release. Function vennDiagram() is in the limma package. It is not missing from the 1.3 release. What has made you think that it is?
