Rintact equivalent in BioC2.6?

Hi, This is probably a naive question but what package would you recommend to identify protein-protein interactions between a list of genes. Something like an annotation package that returns a list of geneIds which have been shown to interact with a supplied geneId would be ideal. Thanks, Fraser [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
