Is R configured or designed to work as a distributed application? I
may be completely off on this, but I am not aware as to whether it is
or not. I would imagine that if it isn't then the processes would only
work on the master node essentially negating any advantage to running
it on a cluster. As I say though, I may be totally wrong about this!
