Hi James, Is there a reason why you can't use the annotation packages or biomaRt? You can learn about the annotation packages by reading the AnnotationDbi documentation here: http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/AnnotationDbi.h tml You can see what annotation packages are available here: http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/ And you can learn about biomaRt here: http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/biomaRt.html Marc On 03/01/2010 11:39 AM, James Anderson wrote: > Hi > > I remember there is a website where you can type in affy probe set ID and it will give you the gene name, could anybody tell me what it is? > > Thanks, > > -James > > > > > [[alternative HTML version deleted]] > > _______________________________________________ > Bioconductor mailing list > Bioconductor at stat.math.ethz.ch > https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioconductor > Search the archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.science.biology.informatics.conductor > >
