Hi Do I absolutely need the well annotation table for PlateCore, I have about 90 plates that I need to analyze. Also is there going to be a basic course about using PlateCore in the Boston area anytime soon? Abbhi [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hello Abbhi, I'm not planning on offering any courses on plateCore but I would be happy to help you get started with your analysis. The vignette provides some information on how to format the required well annotation table, and there should be an example in the plateCore sample data, but feel free to email me with questions too. I haven't followed the recent changes to the flowCore/flowViz packages, but I also encourage you to look through their vignettes too as they may have functionality you need.
