Dear BioC users, How could I compare the different arrays from different species? For example, supposed that we have array A from specie A (kidney) and array B from specie B（kidney). since they are from same tissue, we assume that most of them have same expression pattern. But kidney A and kidney B have some difference, therefore, we would like to know which group of genes have statistically different expression. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
