Dear Madam/Sir, I have used affylmGUI for time series experiment, I want to apply fold change cut-off.. How can I do thiss on affyl;mGUI ?????? Thanking you Varpal [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Dear Varpal, You can apply the fold change cutoff by ranking the various contrasts by M in the AffylmGUI top table menu and implementing the cutoff in excel.
